Вплив компонентного складу природного газу на його якість

Abstract

Розглядаються аспекти проблеми оцінювання енергетичних характеристик природних газів. Показано, що для оцінки природного газу як палива найбільш доцільно використовувати його теплотворну здатність, яка фізично залежить від ряду факторів, зокрема компонентного складу, вологості, наявності негорючих та агресивних інгредієнтів. Виконано аналіз впливу фізичних факторів на величину нижчої теплотворної здатності вуглеводневих газів. Дано оцінку впливу кожного з факторів на енергоефективність природного газу як суміші вуглеводневих і негорючих компонентів. Запропоновано методику оцінювання енергоефективності природного газу, зроблено висновки і пропозиції щодо ефективного керування якістю природних газів.

The aspects of the problem of estimating the energetic characteristics of natural gas are considered. It is shown that in order to assess natural gas as a fuel, it is most appropriate to use its calorific value, which physically depends on a number of factors, in particular component composition, humidity, presence of non-combustible and aggressive ingredients. The analysis of the influence of physical factors on the value of the net calorific value of hydrocarbon gases has been made. The estimation of the influence of each of the factors on the energy efficiency of natural gas as a mixture of hydrocarbon and non-combustible components has been given. The methodology of estimation of energy efficiency of natural gas has been offered, conclusions and suggestions of effective management of quality of natural gas have been made.
